Produce
All
crops grown on our farm are sustainably produced. Currently we are not certified
organic, but we follow the organic standard and are committed to working with nature to fertilize, control weeds and pests. All seeds purchased are certified organic, from Seed of Changes, or The Natural Gardening Company.
Spring crops:
Rhubarb, Green/Red leaf and Romaine Lettuce, Mesculun mix of greens, Mustard Greens, Arugula, Tatsoi, Radishes, Spinach, Pac Choi, Broccoli Raab, Red Leaf Amaranth, Snow Peas, Green Onions, Dill and Cilantro.
Spring Wild edibles: Lambs Quarters, Dandelion greens, Plantain. All wild edibles are optional though highly recommended due to high nutritional value.
Starting in July:
Green Beans, Royal Burgundy Beans,Carrots, Slicing cucumber, Cherry tomatoes, Kohlrabi, Yellow Summer Squash, Zucchini, Broccoli, Kale and Basil.



Late summer:
Brandywine Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Cabbage, Swiss Chard, Potatoes, Kohlrabi, Garlic, Thyme and Rosemary.
Fall harvest:
Sugar Pie Pumpkin, Acorn, Keeper, Buttercup and Butternut Squash.
